With the 2025-2026 school year underway, we want to make sure the information we have on file for your child(ren) is accurate. This includes:
Parent/guardian phone numbers, email addresses, and home address
Emergency contacts (please provide at least two)
Health information
Having accurate information on file ensures you can receive District/school updates, important alerts, and other public information, and makes it easier for your school to contact you in the case of an emergency.
The best way to verify that this information is correct is to log on to the PowerSchool Parent Portal. You can access the portal by desktop/web browser by clicking here, or by using the PowerSchool app on a mobile device. We ask that you do this even if you have previously filled out a hard copy of an emergency form from your school.
There are two documents that contain contact/health information that we ask for you to review. These documents can be found in the Forms section of the PowerSchool Parent Portal:

2025.2026 Student Information/Emergency Form
If you are on a desktop/web browser, Forms can be found on the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen. If you are using the PowerSchool app, hit “More” on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and then select Forms. You will be able to review the information you previously entered and make any updates/changes.
Even if there are no changes, please click on submit after you review each form. This will indicate that you reviewed each form and they are accurate.
